“4+2”教学模式在乡村振兴人才培养中的实践与应用——以运城开放大学“农村干部学历提升工程”为例

摘要 运城开放大学在“农村干部学历提升工程”教学实践中,遵循教育教学基本规律和现代远程教育教学规律,根据农村学员文化基础、学习习惯与特点,结合新型农村干部培养目标,经过不断探索形成了“4+2”教学模式。“4+2”教学模式以四种学习形式和两个保障体系为依托,以学生自主学习能力培养为核心,以实践能力和综合素质提升为目标,对乡村振兴人才培养有一定的借鉴意义。 In the teaching practice of the“Rural Cadre Education Enhancement Project”at Yuncheng Open University,the teaching model follows the basic principle of education and modern distance education and combines with the new rural cadre training goals,which is based on the cultural foundation,learning hab-its and characteristics of rural students.The“4+2”teaching model aims to improve the practical ability and comprehensive quality and to cultivate student’self-learning ability,which is based on four learning forms and two guarantee systems.It has certain reference significance for the cultivation of talents in rural revitalization.
