摘要
目的:探讨PBL+EBL+情景模拟教学方法在妇产科护理带教中的应用效果。方法:选择2020年在我院妇科实习的护理本科生为研究对象,分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用传统教学方法,试验组采用PBL+EBL+情景模拟的教学方法,比较两组护生考试成绩、批判性思维能力、沟通技能和满意度。结果:试验组护生考试成绩、批判性思维能力、沟通技能和满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PBL+EBL+情景模拟教学方法有利于培养批判性思维能力和沟通能力,值得推广应用。
Objective:To explore the application effects of PBL(Problem⁃Based Learning)+EBL(Evidence⁃Based Learning)+scenario simulation teaching methods in obstetrics and gynecology nursing education.Methods:Nursing undergraduates interning in the gynecology department of our hospital in 2020 were selected as research subjects and divided into a control group and an experimental group.The control group used traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group used PBL+EBL+scenario simulation teaching methods.The exam scores,critical thinking abilities,communication skills,and satisfaction levels of the two groups were compared.Results:The experimental group scored higher than the control group in exams,critical thinking abilities,communication skills,and satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion:The PBL+EBL+scenario simulation teaching model is conducive to cultivating critical thinking and communication skills and is worthy of promotion.
