机械模拟肺在ICU新护士规范化培训中机械通气教学的应用效果评价

Evaluation of the Application Effectiveness of Mechanical Simulation Lungs in Mechanical Ventilation Teaching for New ICU Nurses in Standardized Training

目的:探讨机械模拟肺在重症医学科新护士规范化培训中机械通气教学的应用效果,提高护士在机械通气方面的理论与技能水平。方法:选择2019年8月至2020年7月我院护理学本科专业且参加规范化培训的60名护士,试验组采用机械模拟肺进行机械通气理论与实践教学,对照组利用普通模拟肺进行传统讲授式机械通气教学,培训结束后实施理论及实践考核,通过发放问卷,进行教学效果评价。结果:试验组理论考核简答题成绩及总分均高于对照组;试验组实践考核成绩在手法肺复张、测定阻力和顺应性、机械通气波形识别方面均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:机械模拟肺应用在重症医学科新护士规范化培训机械通气教学效果显著,提高了护士在机械通气方面的理论与技能水平,提升了教学满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effectiveness of using mechanical simulation lungs in teaching mechanical ventilation during standardized training for new nurses in the ICU and to improve their theoretical and practical skills in mechanical ventilation.Methods:A total of 60 undergraduate nursing students who participated in standardized training from August 2019 to July 2020 were selected.The experimental group used mechanical simulation lungs for both theoretical and practical teaching of mechanical ventilation,while the control group used conventional simulation lungs with traditional lecture⁃based teaching.After the training,both theoretical and practical assessments were conducted,and teaching effectiveness was evaluated through questionnaires.Results:The experimental group scored higher in theoretical assessments,including short⁃answer questions and total scores,compared to the control group.In practical assessments,the experimental group outperformed the control group in manual lung recruitment,resistance and compliance measurement,and mechanical ventilation waveform recognition,with P<0.05 indicating statistical significance.Conclusion:The application of mechanical simulation lungs in standardized training for new ICU nurses significantly improves their theoretical and practical skills in mechanical ventilation,enhances teaching satisfaction,and is worthy of wider promotion.
