基于目标导向的链式亲情康复护理模式对脑梗死患者心理适应性的影响

Effect of goal-oriented chain family rehabilitation nursing model on psychological adaptability of patients with cerebral infarction

目的:探讨基于目标导向的链式亲情康复护理模式对脑梗死患者心理适应性的影响。方法:纳入86例研究对象均为连云港市第二人民医院2020年6月至2023年5月收治的脑梗死患者,采用红蓝球法对患者进行分组,对照组(43例)实施常规护理,观察组(43例)实施基于目标导向的链式亲情康复护理模式。对比患者肢体运动功能评分(Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale,FMA)以及生活质量测定量表简表(World Health Organization Quality of Life Measurement Scale Short Form,WHOQOL-BREF)评分。结果:干预前,两组生理、心理、环境、社会关系评分及FMA评分比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。干预后,两组患者的生理、心理、环境、社会关系评分及FMA评分提升,观察组更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于目标导向的链式亲情康复护理模式能提升脑梗死患者肢体运动功能,对于患者生活质量的提升起到积极作用。

Objective:To explore the effect of goal-oriented chain family rehabilitation nursing model on psychological adaptability of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 86 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Lianyungang from June 2020 to May 2023 were enrolled,and the patients were divided into two groups by the red-blue ball method.The control group(43 cases)received routine nursing,while the observation group(43 cases)received goal-oriented chain family rehabilitation nursing model.The scores of patients'limb motor function(Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale,FMA)and the World Health Organization Quality of Life Measurement Scale Short Form(WHOQOL-BREF)were compared between the two groups.Results:Before intervention,there were no significant differences in physiological,psychological,environmental,social relationship scores and FMA scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the physiological,psychological,environmental,social relationship scores and FMA scores of the two groups improved,and the observation group was more significant.The differeces were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The goal-oriented chain family rehabilitation nursing model can improve the limb motor function of patients with cerebral infarction and play a positive role in improving the quality of life of patients.
