摘要
为探究淇河鲫幼鱼对碱度的耐受性能,本研究采用急性碱度胁迫法,利用NaHCO_(3)配制不同浓度的碳酸盐碱水,对两种规格的幼鱼进行碱度耐受性实验。两种规格淇河鲫幼鱼的初始体重、体长分别为:规格Ⅰ(1.02±0.16 g;3.35±0.16 cm)、规格Ⅱ(2.84±0.08 g;5.15±0.12 cm)。结果显示,规格Ⅰ淇河鲫幼鱼24、36、48、72和96 h的碱度半致死浓度(LC_(50))分别为107.28、100.21、92.73、88.52和85.56 mmol/L;规格Ⅱ淇河鲫幼鱼的LC_(50)分别为139.33、119.48、115.36、110.42和107.91 mmol/L。两种规格幼鱼的安全浓度(SC)分别为20.79和23.40 mmol/L。结果表明,淇河鲫幼鱼对碱度胁迫具有较强的耐受性,不同规格淇河鲫的碱度耐受能力大小顺序为规格Ⅱ>规格Ⅰ。本研究结果为淇河鲫盐碱选育和盐碱水养殖提供了理论依据。
In order to investigate the alkalinity tolerance of juvenile Qihe crucian carp Carassius auratus,the acute alkalinity stress experiment was carried out by using NaHCO_(3) solutions with various concentrations on two sizes of juvenile fish.The initial weight and body length of the juvenile fish in Size Ⅰ were(1.02±0.16)g and(3.35±0.16)cm,while those in Size Ⅱ were(2.84±0.08)g and(5.15±0.12)cm.The results showed that the alkalinity semi-lethal concentrations(LC_(50))of juvenile fish in Size Ⅰ at 24,36,48,72 and 96 h were 107.28,100.21,92.73,88.52 and 85.56 mmol/L,respectively;while in Size Ⅱ,the LC_(50) values were 139.33,119.48,115.36,110.42 and 107.91 mmol/L,respectively.The safe concentrations(SC)for the two different sizes of juvenile fish were 20.79 and 23.40 mmol/L,respectively.The findings suggested that Qihe crucian carp juveniles exhibited strong tolerance to alkalinity stress,with Size Ⅱ showing higher tolerance compared to size Ⅰ.The results of this study provided a theoretical basis for the salt-alkali breeding and aquaculture of Qihe crucian carp.
