摘要
本实验选取4个实验组,对照组草鱼喂食基础饲料,试验1~3组草鱼分别投喂添加500 mg/kg、1000 mg/kg和1500 mg/kg血根碱的试验饲料,实验期42 d。结果显示,与对照组比较,试验2组草鱼血清中尿素氮水平显著降低(P<0.05);试验1组和试验2组草鱼血清中甘油三酯水平显著降低(P<0.05);试验2组草鱼血清胆固醇水平显著降低(P<0.05);试验2组草鱼血清葡萄糖水平显著增加(P<0.05);血根碱对草鱼血清总蛋白水平无显著影响(P>0.05)。结果表明,在草鱼饲料中添加适量的血根碱可以调节血脂代谢、蛋白质代谢及血糖水平,1000 mg/kg的添加水平较为适宜。
The experiment was designed to study the effect of adding different levels of blood root base on the serum biochemical index.In the experiment,4 experimental groups were selected.The control group were fed the basic feed,and the experiment 1 to 3 groups were fed 500 mg/kg,1000 mg/kg and 1500 mg/kg,respectively.The experimental period was 42d.The results showed that serum of grass carp was significantly decreased(P<0.05);triglycerides in group 1 and group 2(P<0.05);serum cholesterol in group 2 was significantly decreased(P<0.05);serum glucose in group 2 was significantly increased(P<0.05);no significant effect on the serum total protein level of grass carp(P>0.05).The results showed that adding an appropriate amount of blood root base to the grass carp feed could regulate blood lipid metabolism,protein metabolism and blood sugar level,and the added level of 1000mg/kg was more appropriate.
