斜拉桥锚拉板疲劳性能研究

摘要 斜拉桥是一种新型大跨度桥梁,其在结构性能、施工工艺等方面具有较大优势。但是,在索力大幅改变的状态下,在斜拉桥索锚固处,受力集中的部位将出现疲劳微观裂纹,导致发生疲劳破坏,因此研究桥梁锚固结构在反复荷载状态下的疲劳特性对于保证桥梁安全十分重要。锚拉板是锚固结构中应用较为普遍的一种形式,文章分析和研究了锚拉板的疲劳性能,结果表明,疲劳计算点的正应力为44.00 MPa,剪应力为41.50 MPa,结构损伤度为0.22,都达到了钢结构桥梁规范中规定的疲劳验算要求,为斜拉桥锚拉板的结构性能分析提供了依据。 Cable-stayed bridge is a new type of largespan bridge,which has great advantages in structural performance and construction technology.However,under the condition of a significant change in cable force,fatigue micro-cracks will occur in the stress-concentrated parts of the cable anchoring position of the cable-stayed bridge,resulting in fatigue failure.Therefore,it is very important to study the fatigue characteristics of the bridge anchoring structure under cyclic loading to ensure the safety of the bridge.Anchorage plate is a common form of anchoring structure.The fatigue performance of anchorage plate is analyzed and studied.The results show that the normal stress of fatigue calculation point is 44.00 MPa,the shear stress is 41.50 MPa,and the structural damage degree is 0.22,which all meet the fatigue checking requirements specified in the steel structure bridge specification,and provide a basis for the structural performance analysis of anchorage plate of cable-stayed bridge.
