摘要
文章以某生产厂房装修改造项目为例,主要从冷热源系统、通风系统、空调风系统、排烟系统等方面出发,对厂房暖通空调系统设计方案进行详细介绍。基于节能减排原则,结合项目实际情况、厂房生产要求,采用适宜的冷热源系统;针对生产厂房的类型及规模,设置自然补风+机械排风系统和风机盘管+新风系统;遵循现行国家标准,合理进行排烟系统设计,以供参考。
Taking the renovation project of a production plant as an example,this paper introduces the HVAC system design scheme of the plant in detail from the aspects of cooling and heating source system,ventilation system,air conditioning system and smoke exhaust system.Based on the principle of energy conservation and emission reduction,combined with the actual situation of the project,and the production requirements of the plant,the appropriate cooling and heating source system is adopted;according to the type and scale of the production plant,the natural air supply+mechanical exhaust system and fan coil+fresh air system are set up;following the current national standards,the smoke exhaust system is designed reasonably for reference.
