基于茂湛高速公路改扩建的预应力管桩施工应用

The Construction Application of Prestressed Pipe Pile Based on Reconstructionand Expansion of Maoming-Zhanjiang Expressway

改扩建工程施工条件复杂,施工对周边高速公路影响较大。在此过程中,预应力管桩的应用能显著提升天然软土地基承载力,减小路基沉降差异。由于管桩预制,其兼具处理深度大、单桩竖向承受荷载高、施工速度快等特点,在高速公路改扩建工程中应用越来越广泛。文章结合茂湛高速公路改扩建工程实例,通过介绍预应力管桩工艺在改扩建工程软基处理中的应用,为后续的改扩建项目建设提供借鉴。

The construction conditions of the reconstruction and expansion engineering are complex,and the construction has a great impact on the surrounding expressways.In this process,the application of prestressed pipe piles can significantly improve the bearing capacity of natural soft soil foundation and reduce the difference of subgrade settlement.Because the pipe pile is prefabricated,it has the characteristics of large treatment depth,high vertical load on the single pile,and fast construction speed,which is more and more widely used in expressway reconstruction and expansion engineering.Based on the example of Maoming-Zhanjiang Expressway reconstruction and expansion engineering,this paper introduces the application of prestressed pipe pile technology in soft foundation treatment in reconstruction and expansion engineering,and provides reference for subsequent reconstruction and expansion project construction.
