摘要
我国碳达峰战略目标的确定,对基坑工程提出了更高的要求。文章以上海理工大学军工路516号校区某建设项目为背景,基于校园环境敏感、文明施工要求极高的特点,创新性地采用以预制、装配、可回收支护结构为主的绿色支护技术,包括型钢水泥土搅拌墙、预应力组合式型钢支撑、混合配筋预应力混凝土管桩等绿色工艺,减少了泥浆和废弃物排放,并采用矿渣、钢渣等工业废渣制成的高性能复合型土体硬化剂代替水泥进行土体加固。该项目的顺利实施对地下工程传统行业绿色转型,实现地下空间开发碳中和、碳达峰目标等有一定的借鉴意义。
The determination of carbon peaking strategic goal in China has put forward higher requirements for foundation pit engineering.Based on the background of a construction project in Campus on No.516,Jungong Road,University of Shanghai for Science and Technology,and based on the characteristics of sensitive campus environment and high requirements for civilized construction,this paper innovatively adopts green support technology based on prefabrication,assembly and recyclable support structure,including green technologies such as structural steel cement soil mixing wall,prestressed composite structural steel support,mixed reinforced prestressed concrete pipe pile,etc.,which reduces mud and waste discharge,and uses high-performance composite soil hardening agent made of industrial waste slag such as mine slag and steel slag to replace cement for soil reinforcement.The successful implementation of the project has certain reference significance for the green transformation of the traditional industry of underground engineering,and the realization of the goal of carbon neutrality and carbon peaking in the development of underground space.
