摘要
针对地下管廊防水卷材难连接、渗漏比高的问题,文章提出了新的施工技术并进行验证。先进行基层处理与定位,再采用多点位拼接卷材实现固定,对管廊侧墙、顶板进行二次加固,并通过底板变形缝接茬与密封实现防水。测试结果显示,在两个管廊区段随机选的4个测试点,渗漏比均控制在3.2以下,说明此次设计的管廊结构工程防水施工技术高效、简化,施工效率高,针对性强,复发性防水效果显著提升。
In view of the problems of difficult connection and high leakage ratio of waterproofing membrane for underground pipe gallery,this paper puts forward a new construction technology and verifies it.The base treatment and positioning arefirst carried out,and then the membranes arefixed by multi-point splicing,the side wall and roof of the pipe gallery are reinforced for the second time,and the waterproof is realized through the splicing and sealing of the deformation joint of the bottom plate.The test results show that the leakage ratio of the four test points randomly selected in the two pipe gallery sections is controlled below 3.2,indicating that the waterproof construction technology of the pipe gallery structural engineering designed this time is efficient and simplified with high construction efficiency and strong pertinence,and the recurrent waterproof effect is significantly improved.
