高职院校建筑专业教师消极培训意向影响因素研究——基于建筑专业教师陈述语句的NVivo的分析

摘要 专业教师消极培训对教师个人与学校都会带来负面影响。文章从建筑专业教师视角出发,分析此专业教师对于培训负面态度产生的原因,有助于减少教师消极培训现象的发生。文章基于21位高职建筑专业教师自陈语句的质性话语分析,并构建起模型,得出影响高职院校建筑专业教师消极培训意向的因素主要有参加动机、培训过程、技能获得、培训评价以及结果预期五个方面,并提出培训建筑专业教师学术感情、完善评价体系、分层多元进行培训等措施。 Negative training of professional teachers will have a negative impact on individual teachers and schools.From the perspective of teachers in the construction profession,this paper analyzes the reasons for the negative attitude of teachers in this profession towards training,which will help reduce the occurrence of negative training among teachers.This paper is based on qualitative discourse analysis of the self-reported statements of 21 higher vocational construction teachers,and builds a model to conclude that the factors that influence the negative training intentions of construction teachers in higher vocational colleges mainly include motivation to participate,training process,skill acquisition,and training.Five aspects of evaluation and result expectations are included,and measures such as training the academic sentiments of construction teachers,improving the evaluation system,and conducting hierarchical and diversified training are proposed.
