美丽城镇建设背景下千年古城的数字化复兴模式研究——以杭州市建德梅城为例

A Study on the Digital Revival Model of a Millennium Old City under the Background of Beautiful Urban Construction:Taking Jiande Meicheng in Hangzhou City as an Example

随着美丽城镇建设的全面推进,以及数字技术在社会经济和生产活动方面带来的全局性变革,数字赋能千年古镇复兴成为社会发展的必然趋势。文章首先简要介绍梅城的发展历史;其次,讨论并分析梅城在美丽城镇建设过程中存在的个性化发展问题;最后,以数字梅城建设为契机,深入研究梅城的美丽城镇数字化治理模式。文章通过探究数字化统筹千年古城的“老”与“新”演变路径,纵深推进新时代城镇治理新模式,为浙江古城数字化改革乃至全国乡村振兴提供参考样本。

With the comprehensive promotion of the construction of beautiful towns and the global changes brought about by digital technology in social,economic,and production activities,digital empowerment of millennium old towns has become an inevitable trend in social development.The article first briefly introduces the development history of Meicheng;Secondly,discuss and analyze the personalized development issues of Meicheng in the process of building a beautiful town;Finally,taking the construction of the digital Meicheng as an opportunity,we will conduct in-depth research on the digital governance model of Meicheng's beautiful towns.The article explores the"old"and"new"evolution paths of the millennium old city through digital coordination,and deeply promotes the new model of urban governance in the new era,providing reference samples for the digital reform of ancient cities in Zhejiang and even the national rural revitalization.
