摘要
针对大型舰载相控阵雷达天线舱的温度控制设计,本文对舰载旋转相控阵雷达天线舱的热负荷进行理论计算,采用数值模拟的方法优化天线舱通风设计,并在实际工作中对天线舱均温性进行试验测试。结果表明,天线舱内部环境温度不超过33.95℃,竖直方向温度梯度最大为7.39℃,人员维修所处区域竖直方向温差小于4℃,均温性满足雷达工作要求。
For the temperature control design of shipboard phased-array radar antenna cabin,the heat load of the antenna cabin is calculated theoretically,the ventilation design of the antenna cabin is optimized by numerical simulation,and the temperature uniformity of the antenna cabin is tested.The results show that the internal environment temperature of the antenna cabin is not more than 33.95℃under maintenance condition,the maximum vertical temperature difference is 7.39℃,and the temperature difference in the maintenance area is less than 4℃。
