摘要
月池是工程船舶中常见的一种贯穿船体的空腔结构,其存在会影响船舶航行时的绕流场。为了分析月池的位置变化对船舶阻力性能的影响,采用CFD仿真手段对某一潜水支持船进行阻力仿真,分别对比月池结构在纵向和横向上移动时整船的阻力情况。结果显示,月池位置变化带来的阻力变化基本可以忽略不计,变化值在1.5%以内。在月池位置设计过程中,可以仅考虑船舱内设备的布置情况,同时可利用仿真手段进行船舶的阻力性能预报。
Moonpool is a common cavity structure that runs through the hull of engineering ships,and its existence will affect the flow field around the ship.In order to analyze the influence of the position change of the moonpool on the resistance performance of the ship,the CFD simulation method was used to simulate the resistance of a diving support vessel,and the resistance of the whole ship was compared respectively when the moonpool structure moved longitudinally and horizontally.The results show that the change of resistance caused by the change of moonpool position is basically negligible,and the change value is less than 1.5%.In the process of location design of the moonpool,only the layout of the equipment in the cabin can be considered.And the resistance performance of the ship can be predicted by simulation.
