摘要
班级两重结构是影响中职学校建立互助学习型班级的重要因素。基于圈层协同理论,从目标导向标准、成员圈层划分、内部集合重组等层面建构中职学校班级互助学习“圈层协同”模型,并提出动态调整圈层、确立教师权威、强化评价反馈的持续优化方向,为中职学校构建科学有效、学风良好的互助型班级提供参考。
The dual structure of classes is an important factor affecting the establishment of mutual learning classes in secondary vocational schools.Based on the theory of circle cooperation,this paper constructs a"circle cooperation"model of class mutual learning in secondary vocational schools from the aspects of goal-oriented criteria,member circle division,internal set reorganization,etc.,and puts forward the continuous optimization direction of dynamic adjustment of circle,establishment of teacher’s authority,and strengthening evaluation feedback,so as to provide references for the construction of scientific,effective and good learning style mutual learning classes in secondary vocational schools.
