民族传统体育游戏作为各民族历史文化中的组成部分,蕴含着深厚的文化底蕴。伴随时代的不断发展,为了能更好地满足现代社会人们对于体育多元化的需求,民族传统体育游戏在形态与内容方面均进行了适度的调整。为此,该研究采用文献资料法等研究方法,以民族传统体育游戏的历史演变为切入点,在分析民族传统体育游戏的现代传承现状与挑战的基础上,提出了民族传统体育游戏的推广与保护策略,旨在有效推动民族传统体育游戏的健康、稳定发展。

Traditional ethnic sports games,as an integral part of the historical and cultural heritage of various ethnic groups,contain profound cultural deposits.With the continuous development of The Times,in order to better meet the diversified needs of people in modern society for sports,the traditional ethnic sports games have been moderately adjusted in both form and content.To this end,the article adopts research methods such as Literature Review,with the history of traditional ethnic sports games as the breakthrough point,on the basis of analyzing the current situation and challenges of modern inheritance of traditional ethnic sports games,this paper proposes promotion and protection strategies for traditional ethnic sports games,aiming to effectively promote the healthy and stable development of traditional ethnic sports games.
