摘要
某高层建筑项目为了降低材料损耗、提高工程效率,将信息化技术引入施工材料管理中。利用BIM技术计算钢筋、混凝土以及其他材料的设计用量,再将计算得到的数据导入ERP系统中,用于规划各类材料的入场计划,开展施工过程动态化管理。研究过程分析了基于BIM和ERP的信息化管理构建方法,包括建模算量、计划上传、材料进场验收入库、材料领用以及报表打印。与传统的管理模式相比,引入信息化技术之后,材料损耗和工期均明显下降。
In order to reduce the material loss and improve the efficiency of engineering,a high-rise building project introduces information technology into the management of construction materials.BIM technology is used to calculate the design amount of steel bar,concrete and other materials,and then the calculated data is imported into the ERP system for planning the admission plan of all kinds of materials,and to carry out dynamic management of the construction process.The research process analyzes the information management construction method based on BIM and ERP,including modeling calculation,plan upload,material entry,acceptance and warehousing,material acquisition and report printing.Compared with the traditional management mode,after the introduction of information technology,the material loss and construction period are significantly reduced.
