摘要
办公写字楼智能化服务是利用信息技术和数字化手段对后勤工作进行优化和升级的服务模式,通过引入智能设备、数据管理系统和自动化流程实现行政服务保障工作的全面数字化和智能化。办公写字楼服务保障工作的数字化转型是一次工作理念的升级,工作模式的变革,服务体验的提升,受相关者重视程度、投入资金大小、开发能力、网络环境等因素限制。本文从办公写字楼智能化服务整体建设的必要性、研究背景、基本现状、管理要素和总体架构等方面提出办公写字楼智能化服务建设可能的工作路径,以期推动办公写字楼智能化服务整体建设的创新和发展。
The intelligent service of office buildings is a service model that utilizes information technology and digital means to optimize and upgrade logistics work.By introducing intelligent devices,data management systems,and automated processes,the comprehensive digitization and intelligence of administrative logistics service support work can be achieved.The digital transformation of office building service and maintenance can help upgrade work concepts,change work modes,improve service experience,which is limited by factors such as the degree of attention from stakeholders,the size of investment,the capability of software developers,and environment of network.This article proposes possible work paths for the overall construction of intelligent services in office buildings,including the necessity,research background,basic status,management elements,and overall architecture,in order to promote innovation and development in the overall construction of intelligent services in office buildings.
