摘要
针对山东巨野矿区厚表土薄基岩条件下深立井井筒破损情况,以郭屯煤矿副井井筒为例,在分析井筒压缩破损原因的基础上,根据“卸压槽”法的治理原则,提出壁间/壁后注浆止水、槽钢井圈加固、高强混凝土补强、双层木砖卸压为一体的破裂井壁不停产综合治理技术,并结合现场具体实施情况,给出其中关键设计参数和施工工艺。根据新建卸压槽受力变形在线监测系统的长期监测结果显示,双层木砖卸压槽竖向压缩量和上覆压力在治理后均随时间逐步增大,表明井筒的压缩变形和内力得到有效控制和释放,避免了进一步的破坏。该研究可为同类深立井井筒破损修复治理的设计与施工提供参考。
In response to the damage of deep vertical shafts in the Juye mining area of Shandong Province under the conditions of thick topsoil and thin bedrock,taking the auxiliary shaft of Guotun Coal Mine as an example,based on the analysis of the causes of shaft compression damage,and according to the treatment principle of"pressure relief groove"method,a comprehensive treatment technology for fractured shaft walls without stopping production is proposed,which integrates grouting water stop between walls/behind walls,channel steel well ring reinforcement,high-strength concrete reinforcement,and double-layer wooden brick pressure relief.Combined with the specific implementation situation on site,key design parameters and construction processes are given.According to the long-term monitoring results of the online monitoring system for the stress and deformation of the newly built pressure relief groove,the vertical compression and overlying pressure of the double-layer wooden brick pressure relief groove gradually increased with time after treatment,indicating that the compression deformation and internal forces of the wellbore were effectively controlled and released,avoiding further damage.This study can provide reference for the design and construction of similar deep shaft damage repair and treatment.
