摘要
针对彭庄煤矿4310工作面沿空掘巷矿压显现剧烈、围岩变形严重,沿空巷道维护困难,严重影响高效安全工作面的建设问题,采用FLAC^(3D)数值模拟软件,结合理论分析和现场试验,对小煤柱合理宽度进行确定,优化沿空掘巷支护参数。研究结果表明:通过调整小煤柱宽度为15 m,能有效降低围岩应力集中,减少巷道围岩变形量,能有效保障巷道整体稳定性;支护方案优化后,采用Φ20 mm×2500 mm锚杆和Φ21.8 mm×9600 mm锚索,能够显著提高巷道围岩的稳定性。4310运输顺槽沿空掘巷采用15 m小煤柱及以上支护方案进行工业性试验,巷道表面位移和锚杆受力监测结果表明巷道围岩变形量控制在较小范围,支护系统能充分发挥作用。
Aiming at the problem of severe mine pressure behavior,severe surrounding rock deformation,and difficult maintenance of the roadway along goaf in the 4310 isolated island working face of Pengzhuang Coal Mine,which seriously affects the construction of efficient and safe working faces,FLAC^(3D) numerical simulation software is used,combined with theoretical analysis and on-site experiments,to determine the reasonable width of small coal pillars and optimize the support parameters of the roadway excavation along goaf.The research results indicate that by adjusting the width of the small coal pillar to 15 m,the stress concentration of the surrounding rock can be effectively reduced,the deformation amount of the roadway surrounding rock can be reduced,and the overall stability of the roadway can be effectively guaranteed;After optimizing the support scheme,the use ofΦ20 mm×2500 mm anchor rods andΦ21.8 mm×9600 mm anchor cables can significantly improve the stability of the roadway surrounding rock.Industrial test is carried out using a 15 m small coal pillar and above supporting scheme for roadway excavation along goaf in the 4310 transportation crossheading.The monitoring results of roadway surface displacement and anchor rod stress show that the deformation amount of the roadway surrounding rock is controlled within a relatively small range,and the support system can fully play its role.
