摘要
针对王峰煤矿吨煤瓦斯含量较高,在煤矿开采前,需实施地面钻井抽采,以降低煤矿瓦斯含量问题,结合煤矿地面钻井抽采瓦斯气量及浓度,对安全高效利用抽采的高浓度瓦斯进行了分析,提出利用内燃机发电机组就地发电的工艺路线,对发电机组选型、工艺系统、电气系统、控制系统、总图布置和架空线路等进行了详细介绍,实现了地面钻井抽采高浓度瓦斯零排放。
In view of the problem of high gas content per ton of coal in Wangfeng Coal Mine,it needs to implement ground surface well drilling and extraction before mining to reduce the gas content in the coal mine.Combined with the gas volume and concentration of ground surface well drilling and extraction in the coal mine,an analysis is conducted on the safe and efficient utilization of high concentration gas extracted.A technique route using internal combustion engine generator sets for on-site power generation is proposed,and detailed introductions are made on the type selection of generator sets,technique systems,electrical systems,control systems,general layout,overhead lines and others,achieving zero emission of high concentration gas of ground surface well drilling and extraction.
