煤矿地面带式输送机转载点粉尘治理研究

摘要 敏东一矿地面带式输送机煤流系统103转载点由于其位于地面输运厂房,空间较为开放,极易受气候环境因素影响,大部分适用于煤矿井下的治尘措施在温度较低的冬季降尘效率下降严重,加上本身设备因素及设计问题,粉尘治理效果不佳。针对敏东一矿地面带式输送机103转载点的粉尘防治难题,设计加装了袋式除尘器、除尘管道、粉尘密闭罩等设施设备,并对其进行匹配优化选型,将设计优化好的设备在现场进行应用验证。应用发现,103转载点处的人员工作环境平均总尘浓度从185.72 mg/m^(3)降到6.14 mg/m^(3),平均呼尘浓度从77.31 mg/m^(3)降到3.28 mg/m^(3),总尘浓度的时间加权平均浓度从116.08 mg/m^(3)降到3.84 mg/m^(3),降尘效率为96.7%,呼尘浓度的时间加权平均浓度从48.32 mg/m^(3)降到2.05 mg/m^(3),降尘效率为95.8%,整体降尘效率十分优异。 Due to the 103 transfer point of the ground surface belt coal flow system in Mindong No.1 Mine is located in the ground surface transportation factory building,the space is relatively open and is easily affected by climate and environmental factors.Most of the dust governance measures suitable for the coal mine downhole have a serious decrease in dust reduction efficiency in winter when the temperature is relatively low.In addition,due to factors of equipment itself and design problems,the dust governance effect is not good.In response to the difficult dust prevention and control problem at the ground surface belt 103 transfer point in Mindong No.1 Mine,facilities and equipment such as bag precipitators,dust removal pipelines,dust enclosed hoods and others are designed and installed,and matched and optimized for type selection.The designed and optimized equipment is applied and verified on site.The application finds that the average total dust concentration in the working environment of personnel at the 103 transfer point decreases from 185.72 mg/m^(3)to 6.14 mg/m^(3),the average respiratory dust concentration decreases from 77.31 mg/m^(3)to 3.28 mg/m^(3),the time weighted average concentration of total dust concentration decreases from 116.08 mg/m^(3)to 3.84 mg/m^(3),and the dust reduction efficiency is 96.7%.The time weighted average concentration of respiratory dust concentration decreases from 48.32 mg/m^(3)to 2.05 mg/m^(3),and the dust reduction efficiency is 95.8%.The overall dust reduction efficiency is excellent.
