To investigate the source of the phonetic notations of the fragmentary volume of Dunhuang Tang manuscript Wudu Fu(吴都赋)is a key issue for expanding the research of this manuscript.According to the four phonetic notations of Wudu Fu(吴都赋)in Yiwen Leiju(艺文类聚),it is believed that Wudu Fu(吴都赋)belongs to a text with phonetic notations, which are inherited by annotators such as Li Shan(李善)and Wu Chen(五臣).By examining the three phonetic notations in the fragmentary volume of Wudu Fu(吴都赋),it is reasonable to believe that they do not necessarily come from the copyists or circlers of the volume. This means that the study of phonetic notation is a new way to expand and deepen the philological study of Wen Xuan(文选),and the collation of the fragmentary volume provides a typical case for this.
