摘要
基于社会交换理论,探析了自我牺牲型领导对组织公民行为的影响机制。622份员工调查问卷的数据分析结果表明:自我牺牲型领导不仅对组织公民行为有直接的正向影响作用,还能通过感知义务的中介作用影响员工的组织公民行为;并且不同的组织规范强度将影响自我牺牲型领导对感知义务的关系,规范强度越强,自我牺牲型领导对感知义务的正向影响作用就越大。
Based on social exchange theory,this author analyzes the influence mechanism of self-sacrificial leadership on organizational citizenship behavior.The data analysis of 622 employees’questionnaires show that self-sacrificial leadership not only has a direct positive impact on organizational citizenship behavior,but also affects employees'organizational citizenship behavior through the mediating role of perceived obligations,and different organizational norm strength will affect the relationship between self-sacrificial leadership and perceived obligations.the stronger the norm strength,the greater the positive impact of self-sacrificial leadership on perceived obligations.
