多元音乐文化融入高校音乐教育,有助于拓宽学生音乐视野,增强跨文化交流能力。当前高校音乐教学存在着教学理念落后、师资力量薄弱、教学内容覆盖面窄等问题。为此,要树立正确教学理念,构建完整的音乐教育体系,提升对音乐文化的关注度,强化教师队伍建设,注重在教学中融入多元文化,关注本土文化的发展,从而提高学生的创新精神和批判性思维。

The integration of diverse music culture into college music education is helpful to broaden students’music vision and enhance their cross-cultural communication ability.Presently,there are some problems in music teaching in colleges and universities,such as backward teaching concept,weak teacher resources and narrow coverage of teaching content.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a correct teaching concept,build a complete music education system,enhance the attention to music culture,strengthen the construction of faculty team,emphasize the integration of diverse cultures,pay attention to the development of local culture,so as to improve students’innovative spirit and critical thinking.
