摘要
随着数字化技术的不断发展和智能制造理念的深入推进,数字孪生工厂作为数字化转型的重要组成部分,成为提升生产效率、优化管理决策的重要手段。文章从数字孪生的概念与内涵出发,分析了传统工厂面临的问题,提出了面向智能制造的数字孪生工厂构建方法与应用,并结合实例展示了数字孪生技术在工厂智能化转型中的应用效果。
With the continuous development of digital technology and the in-depth promotion of intelligent manufacturing concept,digital twin factory,as an important part of digital transformation,has become an important means to improve production efficiency and optimize management decisions.Starting from the concept and connotation of digital twin,this paper analyzes the problems faced by traditional factories,puts forward the construction method and application of digital twin factory for intelligent manufacturing,and demonstrates the application effect of digital twin technology in the intelligent transformation of factories with examples.
