摘要
小批量近场通信标签(Near Field Communication Tag,NTAG)全自动读写设备利用由C#技术开发的上位机操作Excel文件进行数据处理,并驱动通用串行总线(Universal Serial BUS,USB)与下位机通信。机械部分根据料盘的结构特点设计了一种自适应卡盘,传动部分根据NTAG的材料特点采用了限位开关与步进电机配合的方式,实现了精准定位。下位机以意法半导体系列单片机为核心,驱动电机芯片与射频识别传感器,实现了电机的变速控制与自动读写。
The upper computer for the small batch Near Field Communication Tag(NTAG)automatic reading and writing device is developed using C#technology,operating Excel files for data processing and driving Universal Serial Bus(USB)communication with the lower machine.The mechanical part is designed with a self-adaptive chuck according to the structural characteristics of the material tray,and the drive section uses limit switches in conjunction with stepper motors according to NTAG’s material characteristics.The lower machine is centered on the STMicroelectronics series microcontroller,driving motor chips and Radio Frequency Identification sensors to achieve variable speed control of the motor and automatic reading and writing.
