摘要
为有效扩大突发事件预警信息的发布渠道,解决突发事件预警信息发布的“最后一公里”的问题,应急广播平台面对突发事件时应充分发挥对预警信息的发布能力。本文通过深入研究突发事件预警信息发布平台与应急广播平台的对接技术,明确了两者对接的思路和流程,规定了对接接口,并利用策略模式完成了相关的设计与实现。
In order to effectively expand the release channels of emergency early warning information and solve the problem of the“last mile”of emergency early warning information release,the emergency broadcasting platform should give full play to the ability to release early warning information in the face of emergencies.This article conducts in-depth research on the docking technology between the emergency warning information release platform and the emergency broadcasting platform,clarifies the ideas and processes of the two docking,specifies the docking interface,and uses strategic pattern to complete the relevant design and implementation.
