摘要
本课题采用STC系列单片机作为机械手的主控制芯片,传感器采集端使用ATMega328P作为数据处理芯片,双端通过UART进行数据通信。采集端实时采集环境数据,ATMega328P对采集的数据进行处理后传到机械手主控端并对机械手进行智能控制。当检测到物品时,对物品进行识别、抓取、放置等一系列操作。该智能机械手使用简单便捷,控制精度高,环境适应能力强,安全且可靠。
This project uses the STC series microcontroller as the primary control chip of the robotic arm,and the sensor acquisition end uses ATMega328P as the data processing chip.Both ends communicate with each other via UART.The acquisition end collects environmental data in real time,and ATMega328P processes the collected data and transmits it to the primary control end of the robotic arm,and carries out intelligent control of the robotic arm.When an object is detected,a series of operations such as identification,grasping,and placement are performed on the object.The intelligent robotic arm is easy to use,has high control precision,strong environmental adaptability,safety and reliability.
