摘要
针对大量分布式电源接入配电网带来的诸多不利影响,文中提出一种综合考虑分布式电源选址定容和配电网重构的双层规划模型.上层以DG投资的年综合成本最小,进行分布式电源的选址定容,下层以有功网损最低,进行配电网重构.同时,引入黑寡妇算法对模型进行求解.首先,采用二维混沌映射进行种群初始化,以增加种群的多样性;其次,引入自适应变化的生殖率和兄弟姐妹相食率,以减少后期算法收敛的时间;最后,引入变异算子,增加种群突变的概率,以帮助算法跳出局部最优并寻求全局最优解.通过仿真验证,文中所提出双层规划模型能显著降低网损,提高电压质量;而改进后的黑寡妇算法在收敛速度和精度方面都表现出更优异的性能.
In response to the numerous adverse effects caused by the integration of a large number of distributed generators into the distribution network,this paper proposes a two-layer planning model that comprehensively considers the siting and sizing of distributed generators(DGs)and distribution network reconfiguration.The upper layer mini-mizes the annual comprehensive cost of DG investments to determine the siting and sizing of distributed generators,while the lower layer minimizes active power network losses for distribution network reconfiguration.The Black Widow algorithm is introduced to solve the model.Firstly,the two-dimensional chaotic mapping is used for popu-lation initialization to enhance population diversity.Secondly,adaptive reproductive and sibling cannibalism rates are introduced to reduce the convergence time of the algorithm.Lastly,the mutation operator is applied to increase the probability of population mutation,enabling the algorithm to escape local optima and search for global optima.Simulation results verify that the proposed two-layer planning model significantly reduces network losses and im-proves voltage quality.The improved Black Widow algorithm demonstrates superior performance in terms of con-vergence speed and precision.
