本文深入探讨了欧盟Erasmus+计划对提升教育质量的影响。通过文献综述、案例分析和实证研究,文章详细分析了Erasmus+计划的理论基础、实施效果以及面临的挑战。研究发现,Erasmus+计划通过促进学生和教师的国际流动、加强教育机构间的国际合作、支持语言学习和多语言能力、丰富教育内涵以及确保教育的安全性和包容性,显著提升了参与国家的教育质量。特别是通过具体案例,如燕山大学和德国多特蒙德应用科学大学的项目,展示了Erasmus+计划在实践中的应用和成效。文章最后提出了加强国际合作、提高资金使用效率和优化项目设计和管理的策略建议,以进一步提升教育质量。

This paper explores the impact of the EU's Erasmus+programme on improving the quality of education.Through literature review,case studies and empirical research,this paper analyzes in detail the theoretical basis,implementation effects and challenges of the Erasmus+program.The study found that the Erasmus+programme has significantly improved the quality of education in participating countries by promoting international mobility of students and teachers,strengthening international cooperation among educational institutions,supporting language learning and multilingualism,enriching education,and ensuring safety and inclusiveness.In particular,through specific case studies,such as projects at Yanshan University and Dortmund University of Applied Sciences in Germany,the application and effectiveness of the Erasmus+program in practice are demonstrated.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions for strengthening international cooperation,improving the efficiency of fund use,and optimizing project design and management to further improve the quality of education.
