摘要
本文旨在分析新加坡双语教育政策及其对东南亚地区教育政策的影响。通过文献综述、案例研究和比较分析,本研究探讨了新加坡双语教育政策的起源、发展和特点,以及其在马来西亚、越南和印度尼西亚三国教育体系中的借鉴与适应情况。研究发现,新加坡的双语教育模式在提高学生语言能力、增强国际竞争力和促进文化交流方面具有积极作用,但也面临资源分配、教师培训和文化适应等挑战。研究结果为东南亚国家在制定和实施双语教育政策时提供了策略建议,并指出了研究的局限性和未来发展方向。
This paper aims to analyze bilingual education policy in Singapore and its impact on education policy in Southeast Asia.Through literature review,case studies and comparative analysis,this study explores the origin,development and characteristics of Singapore's bilingual education policy,as well as its learning and adaptation in the education systems of Malaysia,Vietnam and Indonesia.The study found that Singapore's bilingual education model plays a positive role in improving students'language proficiency,enhancing international competitiveness and promoting cultural exchange,but it also faces challenges such as resource allocation,teacher training and acculturation.The results of the study provide strategic recommendations for the formulation and implementation of bilingual education policies in Southeast Asian countries,and point out the limitations and future development direction of the study.
