大黄茯苓泽泻合剂对无症状高尿酸血症合并高脂血症患者的中医证候积分影响分析

Analysis on the Influence of DahuangfulingZexie Mixture on Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Score of Asymptomatic Hyperuricemia Complicated with Hyperlipidemia

目的 研析无症状高尿酸血症合并高脂血症采用大黄茯苓泽泻合剂的治疗效果。方法 简单随机选取2022年1月—2023年12月山东省青岛市黄岛区中医医院接收的无症状高尿酸血症合并高脂血症患者70例为研究对象,依据不同治疗方法分为两组,每组35例。对照组采用四妙丸治疗,研究组采用大黄茯苓泽泻合剂治疗,比较两组患者中医证候积分、血尿酸、肾功能指标、血脂水平、治疗效果以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组患者血尿酸、肾功能指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后,研究组血尿酸、肾功能指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者血脂水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组血脂水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组中医证候积分评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗有效率为91.43%(32/35),高于对照组的68.57%(24/35),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.714,P<0.05)。研究组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 无症状高尿酸血症合并高脂血症患者采用大黄茯苓泽泻合剂治疗,可以降低患者血尿酸、肾功能指标水平及中医证候积分,改善血脂水平,提高治疗效果,减少不良反应的发生。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of dahuangfulingzexie mixture on asymptomatic hyperuricemia complicated with hyperlipidemia.Methods A total of 70 patients with asymptomatic hyperuricemia combined with hyperlipidemia admitted to Huangdao District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were simple randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Simiao pill,and the study group was treated with dahuangfulingzexie mixture.The Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome score,blood uric acid,renal function index,blood lipid level,therapeutic effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum uric acid and renal function between two groups(both P>0.05).After treatment,the serum uric acid and renal function indexes of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (both P<0.05). Before treat ment, there was no significant difference in blood lipid levels between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the blood lipid level of the study group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically signifi cant (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome scores between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The effective rate of the study group was 91.43% (32/35), which was higher than that of the control group 68.57% (24/35), and the difference was statistically significant (χ^(2)=5.714, P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in study group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of asymptomatic hyperuricemia combined with hyperlipidemia with dahuangfulingzexie mixture can reduce the level of blood uric acid, renal function index and Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome score, improve the level of blood lipid, improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
