摘要
滤泡辅助性T(TFH)细胞是CD4+T细胞的一个特殊亚群,在促进和调节体液反应有着重要的作用。TFH细胞分化需要树突状细胞(DC)才能顺利完成,但目前关于DC如何诱导不同的TFH分化过程以及在诱导分化中的特殊作用仍未充分明确。因此,为加强对DC-TFH细胞轴的认识,本文就DC的TFH细胞不同亚群分化过程中的作用进行综述,指出TFH细胞分化需要DC的持续抗原提呈,同时还受CD28和CD40L下游的OX40信号调控。
Previous studies have demonstrated that Follicular helper T cells are a special subgroup of CD4+T cells,which play an important role in promoting and regulating humoral response.However,there is still a need to fully elucidate how dendritic cells induce distinct Follicular helper T cells differentiation processes and their specific role in this induction.Therefore,this paper aims to comprehensively review the roles of different subsets of dendritic cells in Follicular helper T cells differentiation.It concludes that continuous antigen presentation plays a crucial role in Follicular helper T cells differentiation while also highlighting the regulatory influence of OX40 signals downstream from CD28 and CD40L.thus,this paper seeks to enhance our understanding of the dendritic cells-Follicular helper T cellsaxis.
