摘要
随着铁路交通的快速发展,保障列车运行的安全性和可靠性显得尤为重要。然而传统的人工巡检方式存在巡检效率低、人力成本高等问题,难以满足现代铁路运营的需求。基于此,研究了一种应用在机车智慧整备过程中能够自动完成车底及车侧智能检测的装备,即车底智能巡检机器人。借助智能巡航机器人的定位导航技术、机器视觉技术和图像识别技术,自动实现机车关键部件的图像获取、识别、测量,自动分析项点故障,有效提升巡检工作的精准度和可靠性,从而提高铁路行业的数字化程度及其市场竞争力。
With the rapid development of railway transportation,ensuring the safety and reliability of train operation has become particularly important.However,traditional manual inspection methods suffer from low inspection efficiency and high labor costs,which is difficult to meet the needs of modern railway operations.Based on this,a vehicle bottom intelligent inspection robot is studied,which can automatically complete intelligent detection of the vehicle bottom and side during the intelligent maintenance process of locomotives.With the help of the positioning and navigation technology,machine vision technology,and image recognition technology of intelligent cruise robots,it can automatically obtain,recognize,and measure images of key components of locomotives,automatically analyze point faults,effectively improve the accuracy and reliability of inspection work,and thus enhance the digitalization level and market competitiveness of the railway industry.
