摘要
首先,阐述了可靠性的概念和内涵,总结了可靠性的重大作用;然后,梳理了可靠性的发展历程,分析了当前可靠性工作形势;最后,研究了元器件零部件优选设计、采用成熟技术设计、简化设计、降额设计、裕度设计、冗余设计、容错设计、热设计和环境应力筛选设计等9种产品可靠性设计方法的设计目的、对象、流程、准则、技术和经验,有利于提高可靠性认识,拓展可靠性设计的广度和深度,提高可靠性设计水平,提升产品质量和可靠性,实现企业高质量发展。
Firstly,the concept and connotation of reliability are expounded,and the important role of reliability is summarized.Then,the development course of reliability is sorted out,and the current situation of reliability is analyzed.Finally,the design purpose,object,process,criterion,technology and experience of nine product reliability design methods such as optimal design of components,design with mature technology,simplified design,derating design,margin design,redundancy design,fault tolerance design,thermal design and environmental stress screening design are studied,which is beneficial to improve reliability understanding,expand the breadth and depth of reliability design,improve the level of reliability design,improve product quality and reliability,and achieve high-quality development of enterprises.
