为了适应电子信息装备快速发展,确保质量管得住、管得好,质量师能力提升成为一项重要议题。首先,梳理了电子信息装备质量师的职责;其次,分析了电子信息装备质量师面临的形势;然后,总结了电子信息装备质量师工作中存在的问题,包括顶层策划不充分、质量计划操作性不强、质量监督有效性不够、发现问题解决问题能力不够、对供方监督不到位等;最后,针对质量师能力短板问题提出了应对策略和思路。

In order to adapt to the rapid development of electronic information equipment and ensure that the quality is manageable and well managed,the improvement of the quality engineers ability has become an important issue.Firstly,the responsibilities of electronic information equipment quality engineers are sorted out.Next,the situation faced by electronic information equipment quality engineers are analyzed.Then,the problems existing in the work of electronic information equipment quality engineers are summarized,including insufficient top-level planning,weak operational quality plan,insufficient effectiveness of quality supervision,inadequate ability to identify and solve problems,inadequate supervision of the supplier.Finally,in view of the shortage of quality engineer ability,the countermeasures and ideas are put forward.
