摘要
苏北盆地阜二段页岩油是苏北老区可持续发展的重要资源接替。页岩油井通常采用两开制井身结构,大尺寸井眼最深钻达3705.38 m,大尺寸井眼段施工速度的快慢很大程度影响了页岩油井钻井周期和成本。根据大尺寸井眼提速难点,围绕“提速、提质、降本”目标,形成了包含钻井提速技术、井眼轨迹控制技术及高性能钻井液技术的大尺寸井眼优快钻井技术,平均钻井周期由初期41.5 d降至10.59 d,平均机械钻速由10.42 m/h提高至24.22 m/h,大尺寸井眼整体提速效果显著,其优快钻井技术可在后续页岩油平台井推广应用。
The shale oil resources in the second member of the Funing Formation in the Subei Basin is an important resource replacement for the sustainable development of the old area in the Subei.Shale oil wells typically use a two-section borehole structure,with the deepest drilling of large-diameter wellbore up to 3,705.38 m.The drilling speed of large-diameter wellbores significantly impacts the drilling cycle and costs of shale oil wells.To address the challenges of accelerating the drilling of large-diameter wellbores,focusing on the goal of“increasing speed,improving quality,and reducing costs”,an efficient drilling technology for large-diameter wellbores was developed.This technology includes drilling acceleration techniques,wellbore trajectory control,and high-performance drilling fluid technology.As a result,the average drilling period was reduced from 41.5 days to 10.59 days,and the average mechanical drilling speed increased from 10.42 m/h to 24.22 m/h.The overall acceleration effect for large-diameter wellbores is significant,making this efficient drilling technology applicable for subsequent shale oil platform wells.
