摘要
影像组学通过挖掘大量人眼无法识别的信息,能够帮助识别传统影像难以鉴别的病变,提供更多关于肿瘤生物学行为的信息,帮助临床医生更加准确地判断肿瘤的临床分期和指导治疗方案的选择。文章结合结直肠癌病理诊断和分期,分别对影像组学在结直肠癌中诊断的价值进行综述,以期为结直肠癌的诊断提供新的研究方向。
Radiomics can identify lesions that traditional imaging fails to detect by extracting a vast amount of information invisible to the human eye,and also provide further insights into the biological behavior of tumors.This assists physicians in more accurately determining the clinical staging of tumors and in guiding treatment plan selections.This study evaluates the role of radiomics in aiding the diagnosis of colorectal cancer,with a specific focus on pathological diagnosis and staging.The aim of this study was to offer new research directions for the diagnosis of colorectal cancer.
