摘要
立足于碳化钛钢结硬质合金大批量生产的实践基础,探讨了使用不同粘结剂以及碳化钛的不同含量对钢结硬质合金的微观组织和宏观性能的影响。实验表明,在相同的压制成型工艺下,采用不同的粘结剂,在1380~1420℃真空烧结后,钢结硬质合金的致密度较高,都达到了预期的组织和性能,但是相对而言,使用橡胶基粘结剂的产品性能更稳定;不同碳化钛含量的钢结硬质合金,在1350~1420℃真空烧结后,钢结硬质合金同样都达到了预期的组织和性能,随着碳化钛在基体中的分布均匀性提高,颗粒形貌更加规则。
Based on the practice of large-scale production of titanium carbide steel bonded carbide,we discussed the effects of different binders and varying levels of titanium carbide content on the microstructure and macroscopic properties of the Steel bonded carbide.The experiment indicated that the steel bonded carbide achieved high density and met the expected structure and performance when in the same compression molding process with different binders and vacuum sintering at 1380-1420℃.However,relatively speaking,the performance of products using a rubber-based binder was more stable.Steel bonded carbides with different titanium carbide content also met the expected structure and performance when vacuum sintered was at 1350-1420℃.With the increasing in the uniformity of titanium carbide distribution in the matrix,the particle morphology was more and more regular.
