某型点火具密封性异常研究

摘要 当今,随着技术的更新迭代,武器系统快速发展,精确打击智能武器快速崛起,信息化战争占有主导地位,形成了空、地、天网一体化的作战系统。常规武器的发展虽然受到一定的制约,但仍是战争中不可或缺的重要部分。点火具是常规弹药的组成部分之一,是弹药发射起始能量输出,是弹药发挥作用的关键环节,因此点火具的质量决定着弹药的功能效能的实现。以案例为切入点,通过产品结构分析、工艺参数控制排查、机理剖析,对产品工艺参数控制进行内控,增加氦气泄漏率检测措施,通过验证,提出了产品结构设计时应合理制定工艺方法与用户要求相匹配,严格生产过程工艺参数控制。为同类产品研制时结构设计及生产提供了有力借鉴及警示作用。 Nowadays,with the iteration of technology,and rapid development of weapon system and precision strike intelligence weapon,the information warfare has been dominant,and the air-ground-sky-net integrated combat system was formed.The development of the conventional weapon was restricted to a certain extent,but it was still an indispensable part of the war.The igniter was one of the components of the conventional ammunition,it was the initial energy output of the ammunition launching,and also was the key link of the ammunition functioning,so the quality of igniters decided the reality of ammunition function and effectiveness.Took the case as the cut-in point,through the product structure analysis,the craft parameter control investigation,the mechanism analysis,we carried on the internal control to the product craft parameter control,and increased the helium gas leakage rate detection measure.Through the verification,it was put forward that the design of product structure must make the process method match the requirement of the user reasonably and strictly controlled the process parameters.It provided a powerful reference and warning for the structure design and production of the similar products.
