PCB用三防漆现状及UV固化研究进展

摘要 在汽车底盘电子系统中会用到各种印刷电路板(PCB),随着汽车在潮湿、高低温及震动使用过程中,PCB及其元器件可能会产生腐蚀、霉变、变形、老化等问题,导致PCB出现短路、漏电、器件失效等故障。为了保护PCB及其元器件免受环境的侵蚀,在实际生产过程中,会在PCB表面涂覆一层薄薄的三防漆。本研究阐述了常见的聚氨酯、丙烯酸酯、有机硅类三防漆性能的优缺点以及近几年这3类三防漆实现紫外光(UV)固化的研究进展,并对三防漆UV固化研究发展方向进行了展望。 All kinds of printed circuit board(PCB)are used in the automotive chassis electronic system.The cars are often exposed to the wet,high and low temperature and vibration environment,wherein the PCB and its parts might cause corrosion,mildew,deformation and aging,resulting in PCB short circuit,leakage,device failure.In order to protect PCB and its parts from environmental erosion,the PCB surface will be coated with a thin layer of conformal coating during the actual production process.The advantages and disadvantages of typical polyurethane,acrylate and silicone conformal coating are briefly introduced.Meanwhile,the progress in ultraviolet(UV)curing technology of the three kinds of conformal coatings in recent years are described.The trend of the UV curable conformal coating is prospected.
