深海鱼油联合表皮生长因子凝胶预防乳腺癌放射性皮炎效果

Effect of Deep-Sea Fish Oil Combined with Epidermal Growth Factor Gel on Preventing Breast Cancer with Radiation Dermatitis

摘要 目的探讨深海鱼油联合表皮生长因子凝胶对预防乳腺癌放射性皮炎的效果。方法将96例乳腺癌保乳术术后放疗患者随机分为对照组和试验组,每组48例。对照组放疗后应用表皮生长因子凝胶,试验组放疗前在放疗照射范围的皮肤上涂抹深海鱼油,放疗后使用表皮生长因子凝胶。记录两组患者放射性皮炎发生率、首次发生乳腺放射性皮炎时间,观察放射性皮炎损伤程度,评价两组患者放射性皮炎患者的创面愈合、红肿、疼痛及瘙痒消失时间,比较两组患者临床疗效及安全性。结果试验组患者放射性皮炎发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者首次发生放射性皮炎时间晚于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者放射性皮炎损伤Ⅰ~Ⅱ级率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者创面愈合、红肿、疼痛及瘙痒消失时间较对照组短(P<0.05)。试验组患者临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者均未出现明显不良反应,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论深海鱼油联合表皮生长因子凝胶对乳腺癌放射性皮炎具有防治作用,且未产生明显不良反应。 Objective To analyze the effect of deep-sea fish oil combined with epidermal growth factor gel on the preventing breast cancer with radiation dermatitis.Method 96 patients with breast cancer treated with radio-therapy after breast-conserving surgery were divided into control group and experimental group,48 cases in each group.Control group was treated with epidermal growth factor gel after radiotherapy,experimental group was applied deep-sea fish oil on the skin within the radiation range of radiotherapy before radiotherapy and received epidermal growth factor gel after radiotherapy.The incidence rate of radiation dermatitis,time of first occurrence of breast radiation dermatitis and degree of injury of radiation dermatitis were observed in the two groups.The wound healing time and disappearance time of redness and swelling time,pain and itching in patients with radiation dermatitis in the two groups were evaluated,and the clinical efficacy and safety were compared.Results The incidence rate of radiation dermatitis in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the first occurrence time of radiation dermatitis in the experi-mental group was later(P<0.05).The degree of radiation dermatitis in the experimental group was significantly relieved than that in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of gradeⅠtoⅡradiation dermatitis injury degree in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The experimental group had higher clinical efficacy(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Deep-sea fish oil combined with epidermal growth factor gel has a significant preventive and therapeutic effect on breast cancer with radiation dermatitis,and does not produce obvious adverse reactions.
