五育融合视域下高校劳动教育的功能指向、达成路径与评价体系研究

摘要 党和国家历来高度重视劳动教育,将其作为高等教育改革和发展的重要内容。文章研究了高校劳育与德育、智育、体育和美育融合育人效用的功能指向,一方面基于有效达成劳动教育目标,关联学科建设、课程体系、实践平台等要素,探索高校劳动教育目标的达成路径;另一方面基于CIPP评价模型,以大学生劳动素养为核心,运用多元评价手段,耦合过程与结果,重视反馈和调整,建构新时代我国高校劳动教育评价体系。 The Party and the state have always attached great importance to labor education as an important part of the reform and development of higher education. This paper studies the functional orientation of the integration of labor education with moral education, intellectual education, physical education and aesthetic education in colleges and universities. On the one hand, based on the effective realization of labor education goals, correlating to the elements of discipline construction, curriculum system, practice platform, and so on, the path to achieving the goals of labor education in colleges and universities is explored. On the other hand, based on CIPP evaluation model and taking college students' labor literacy as the core, we construct a labor education evaluation system in Chinese colleges and universities in the new era by using multiple evaluation means, coupling process and result, and paying attention to feedback and adjustment.
