摘要
基于社会信息加工理论,通过对226份两阶段的外卖骑手数据进行统计分析,运用回归分析与Bootstrap法进行实证检验,探究了算法控制对零工工作者离职倾向的影响,以及工作不安全感的中介作用和工作游戏化的调节作用。研究结果表明:算法控制对零工工作者离职倾向具有正向影响,工作不安全感在二者之间发挥中介作用;工作游戏化负向调节算法控制对工作不安全感的作用,即工作游戏化越强,算法控制对工作不安全感的正向作用越弱。另外,工作游戏化也调节算法控制对离职倾向的间接效应,即工作游戏化越强,工作不安全感的中介作用越弱。
Based on social information processing theory,this study delved into the impact of algorithmic control on gig workers’turnover intention,while also exploring the mediating role of job insecurity and the moderating role of work gamification.Through statistical analysis of 226 two-stage takeout rider data,empirical tests were conducted using regression analysis and Bootstrap methods.The results reveal that algorithmic control has a positive effect on gig workers’turnover intention,and job insecurity has a mediating effect in the above process.Work gamification negatively moderates the relationship between algorithmic control and job insecurity.Specifically,higher level of work gamification weakens the positive effects of algorithmic control on job insecurity.Additionally,work gamification moderates the indirect effect between algorithmic control and turnover intention.Specifically,the mediating role of job insecurity is weaker in the presence of higher levels of work gamification.
