摘要
近年来,我国退休教师人数规模不断扩大,银龄教师作用日益显著。加拿大退休教师协会为退休教师提供信息咨询和专业培训,助力退休教师发展。加拿大依据法律制度保障教师经济和年龄等权益,奠定退休教师发展基础条件。加拿大退休教师可以继续保留教师资格,参与教学工作;分享教育智慧;加强终身学习;参与社会事务,行使相关权利。我国应进一步健全退休教师权益保障法律制度,推动退休教师继续从教。全面保障银龄教师社会地位、工作福利和相关待遇。通过优化资金投入渠道、提高咨询服务水平、加强组织保障等,完善银龄教师保障体系建设。多措并举,充分用好银龄教师人力资本。
In recent years,the number of retired teachers in China has been continuously expanding,and the role of silver-aged teachers has become increasingly significant.The Canadian Retired Teachers Association provides information consultation and professional training for retired teachers,supporting their development.Canada ensures the economic and age-related rights of teachers through legal systems,laying the foundation for the development of retired teachers.Retired teachers in Canada can continue to retain their teaching qualifications,participate in teaching activities;share educational wisdom;strengthen lifelong learning;and engage in social affairs,exercising related rights.China should further improve the legal system for protecting the rights and interests of retired teachers and promote their continued involvement in teaching.Comprehensively safeguard the social status,work benefits,and related treatments of silver-aged teachers.By optimizing funding channels,improving service levels,and strengthening organizational support,we can perfect the system for ensuring the protection of silver-aged teachers.Take multiple measures to fully utilize the human capital of silver-aged teachers.
