摘要
高校银龄教师是国家针对西部地区高校发展实情,由政策性推动而主动流动构成的特殊群体。本文从角色理论和社会功能论的视域出发,梳理了西部高校银龄教师群体角色冲突的生成逻辑,其与银龄教师群体特征、社会角色的应然想象与实然现实、银龄教师不同社会场域间的调适等主客观原因杂糅为一体。但银龄教师角色冲突的产生不是固有的或预先设定的,外显出的冲突也非银龄教师群体或某一所受援高校所能够解决。然而银龄教师群体的出现在一定程度上将西部受援高校的内隐教育冲突显现了出来,为西部高校的发展带来了巨大的机遇。
Silver aged teachers in universities are a special group formed by policy driven and proactive mobility in response to the development situation of universities in the western region of China.This article starts from the perspectives of role theory and social function theory,and sorts out the generation logic of role conflicts among the group of silver aged teachers in western universities.It combines subjective and objective reasons such as the characteristics of the silver aged teacher group,the imagined and actual social roles,and the adjustment between different social fields of silver aged teachers.However,the emergence of conflicts in the roles of silver aged teachers is not inherent or predetermined,and the conflicts that manifest are not something that can be resolved by the silver aged teacher group or a particular recipient university.However,the emergence of the group of silver aged teachers has to some extent revealed the implicit educational conflicts in the western assisted universities,bringing huge opportunities for the development of western universities.
