摘要
为解决液力自动变速器没有取力功能,即变速器无法在多个位置向外提供取力输出,进而无法连接车载传动设备的难题,通过TRIZ理论的矛盾冲突矩阵和创新方法原理剖析,找到了拓展取力功能的方法。设计开发了多个取力窗口,使变速器可在多个位置向外提供取力输出,以用于连接传动设备。此外还实现了基于不同场景的取力工况对产品进行优化匹配标定,使匹配的多个取力器在各种工况下均可分别或协同输出动力。
In order to address the issue of the hydraulic automatic transmission power takeoff function failure,which prevents the transmission from providing power output at multiple positions and subsequently connecting to onboard transmission equipment,methods for expanding the power take-off functionality are identified through the analysis of the TRIZ theory's contradiction conflict ma⁃trix and innovative principles.Multiple power take-off windows are designed and developed,enabling the transmission to provide power output at various positions for connecting transmission equipment.Additionally,optimization matching calibration of the product based on different scenarios for power take-off working conditions are achieved,allowing the matched multiple power take-off devices to out⁃put power separately or collaboratively under various working conditions.
