5G技术支持下的有源配电网快速自愈策略研究与实现

摘要 文章旨在探索5G技术支持下的有源配电网快速自愈策略,提出基于拓扑分层分区的分布式信息识别与存储方法,以提高5G网络下故障恢复的效率,并设计改进的差动判据,解决含分布式发电(Distributed Generation,DG)配电网故障的识别难题。采用电力系统计算机辅助设计(Power Systems Computer Aided Design,PSCAD)软件对新判据进行仿真验证,结果表明其在区分内外故障方面具有高灵敏度和可靠性。进一步开发分布式孤岛检测及故障恢复策略,实现故障发生后的快速自愈与供电恢复。研究表明,所提方法能够显著提升故障响应速度和系统恢复能力,为5G时代智能电网的可靠运行提供了重要的技术支持。 This study aims to explore the fast self-healing strategy of active distribution networks supported by 5G technology,propose a distributed information recognition and storage method based on topology layered partitioning to optimize the efficiency of fault recovery in 5G networks,and design an improved differential criterion to solve the problem of identifying faults in distribution networks with Distributed Generation(DG).The new criterion was simulated and validated using Power Systems Computer Aided Design(PSCAD)software,and the results showed that it has high sensitivity and reliability in distinguishing internal and external faults.Further developed distributed island detection and fault recovery strategies,achieving rapid self-healing and power supply recovery after a fault occurs.Research has shown that the proposed method can significantly improve fault response speed and system recovery capability,providing important technical support for the reliable operation of smart grids in the 5G era.
